SHIPPING INFORMATION

There are no extra charges when your order above $100 USD; however, if your order receipts below the $100 USD then you need to pay $10 per delivery. (Please note that any order that exceeds 10 pounds in weight may be assessed a fee for an oversized shipment.  The fee will vary based on the weight,)

It depends on where you are shipping.  We currently only ship within the continental United States.  We are unable to ship the any of the outlying US countries, Hawaii or Alaska.  We also do not ship to any type of military PO Boxes.

Typically handling  processing takes 1-2 business days after you place your order.  We then transfer your ordered products the the respective shipper.  Many times it will all be handled by one company, but there may be times where your order arrives in multiple packages.

Once the items are pulled, packed and shipped – both you and our site will be notified.  Generally this notification includes the tracking information which you can easily monitor from our site.  This process can take up to 15 days to ship.  If you have not received your order or any correspondence about stock issues after 15 business days, please contact us.

Yes of course you’ll receive an invoice with your purchase.  You can simply print out a copy of your cart/ order details after checkout.  That information will remain in your account if you wish to access it at a later date.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The payment takes real-time.  For example, when you are checking out and input your payment information, that information is immediately verified with your bank or credit card issuer.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.  In the event that something is broken, damaged or incorrect – please contact us immediately.  If you wait too long, the supplier will not refund or replace the item.  We will generally ask for pictures of the product to confirm the damage, etc.  Once the return is authorized we will provide you with instructions on how and where to ship the defective goods.

Basically, it’s a proven helpful feature for you. Your “Wishlist” is where you have an option add a favorite product (or several) to keep track of them without having to purchase anything at this time.  The product or products will remain in your wishlist until you remove them.

This is another helpful tool for you – the buyer – so that you can check what is happening with your order(s).  It will provide status updates like the product was Delivered, on Hold, Cleared Customs, etc.  Just check our  Order tracking page.
